Background
The Background
Deine Tierwelt (DTW) is Germany's leading pet marketplace, connecting responsible breeders, shelters, and pet lovers across the country. Since 2007, the platform has grown into a trusted hub where animal welfare comes first.
What sets Deine Tierwelt apart is its 100% ID-verified breeder base. Every breeder on the platform is verified, creating an unmatched standard of accountability and transparency in a market that has historically lacked both.
DTW has always been recognised as an innovator in the area of trust and safety globally, pioneering verification, moderation, and fraud-prevention practices that serve as reference points for the wider pet marketplace industry.
Deine Tierwelt works closely with veterinarians, breed clubs and animal protection associations to keep raising the bar for responsible pet ownership and ethical breeding in Germany.
